UZIN 100% Silicone Sealant is a smooth, ready-to-use sealant for interior and exterior applications on all types of tile & stone and is color-matched to our UZIN grout products. When cured, it is highly flexible and resistant to water, mold, mildew and cracking. It is effective as a highly flexible filler to prevent cracking in tile and joints due to substrate or climatic movement. It’s used for sealing around sinks, tubs, showers, bath fixtures, countertops and many other surfaces; and especially where tile meets dissimilar surfaces, right angle corners or changes of plane.

- For the installation of most porcelain, ceramic, quarry, Saltillo, and most types of stable natural stone in interior conditions.
