Crain 627 Carpet Edge Sealing Tip

This precision glue tip for popular melt glue guns works at an upright angle that allows a convenient pulling motion along the carpet edge. The process occurs in the line of sight for observing the glue application. Carpet edges that are pre-sealed with hot melt dry quickly and resist fraying. Afterwards, during the seaming process, the hot iron reactivates the hot melt, allowing the edges to bond together to reduce seam peaking. The standard thread size fits the Crain Nos. 203, No. 204, No. 207 glue guns and other popular makes. Thread size: 7/16" major diameter- 20 threads per inch. Includes glue tip only. Glue gun not included.
