Applications:
- A bonding agent on abraded ceramic tile, stone and terrazzo surfaces, existing substrates with well-bonded adhesive residues, smoothing compounds and coatings including water-soluble adhesive residues
- Fast track installations with the addition of UZIN Epoxy Accelerator* (approx. 3½ hour dry time)
- A surface hardening primer on absorbent substrates, such as gypsum products and concrete
- A vapor retarder for use up to 100% RH on mechanically prepared concrete
- Radiant floor heating systems (obtain technical advice)
Properties:
- Rapid drying
- Low viscosity promotes superior penetration and adhesion
- ASTM F3010 compliant - exceeds ASTM E96 requirement
- Alkali resistant - controls substrate conditions up to pH of 14
- Water and solvent free - meets strict EMICODE EC 1 PLUS criteria (healthy indoor air quality)
- UZIN PE 460 Part A appears Blue in the metal can. When Part B is added to Part A and mixed, the product will turn Green. This allows for easier visual determination of coated areas during product application.
