Its fine aggregate formula makes it ideal for skimcoat applications, delivering a smooth, even surface that enhances adhesive coverage. Suitable for use with all types of floor coverings and adhesives, this versatile compound can be applied at depths ranging from a skimcoat to 1/2" (12.5 mm). With fast-setting properties, it’s ready for floor covering in as little as 30 minutes (skimcoat). Engineered for durability, it achieves a high compressive strength of 4,500 psi at 28 days—perfect for areas with heavy rolling loads. Certified by SCS Global, it also supports healthier indoor air quality.
